The ability for the EDC to succeed requires personal corporate talent and leadership of Board members. This, channeled through a series of EDC strategic task forces focused on targeted business development areas and industries, will position us to win more than our fair share of new, well paying, sustainable jobs.
The responsibility of the Board is to assist and advise the Executive Committee by reviewing and approving the Strategic Plan, the Annual Program of Work, the Annual Report, and to serve as a source of information, ideas and action on task forces to further the purposes of the EDC and its mission.
